I have had AT&T service since cell phones first came out. I've was switched and forced to get new phones when Cingular took over. Then AT&T again. What a nightmare. I had 4 phones on my service when I married a year ago. At an AT&T store they supposedly combined my lines on to my husband's plan. Two of my phones were currently active and one line, they told us was going to expire in September which was put on my husband's bill as a separate plan. From that day forward I had no access online to my old account and I did not receive a bill. Now I have a bill from a collection company for non-payment and an early termination fee! We have been on the phone with them going from one supervisor to the next. Plus 2 -3 trips to the manager of the AT&T store to get her to fix her error. One customer service representative went through the charges and agreed that they should be dropped but she was overruled. We still have 4 lines on my husband's account, who has also been with AT&T for 12 - 13 years. As our phone contracts expire we will be dropping off too. We are telling all of our friends, families and co-workers about what horrible service we have received! We have about 40 websites between us plus multiple Twitter accounts and we will spread the news of just how horrible the service is and that we are switching to Verizon as soon as out final contracts have expired.

I did not ask for Centennial to be bought by AT&T, business is business. I do not want AT&T service. Trying to get out of a contract by paying a fee is CRAZY. To the CEO of AT&T why should I be penalized becasue I don't want your service? I will be telling all my family and friends to pay the fee in the long run it will be better then being forced to have your company as an AT&T wireless provider. Appears to be a far left tactic on forcing people to pay to get out of something. I have since went with Sprint and hope they will never sell to At&T.

UVerse may not be perfect, but it's definitely a move in the right direction for ATT. The broadband is faster and the TV is competitive.

for the last 2days i have been trying to replace my doctors cell phone due to faulty equipment at&t has no one that can help me on an immediate need basis they will not contact "corporate" store to see if they even have a replacement for a temp fix, claiming that they have no access to a phone number in which to call that I will just have to go in and check with them Our company will be changing to verizon due to no customer support.. the supervisor even was useless!!!

AT&T is impossible to resolve conflics with. I got a business phone for one month that I then cancelled and never used. I paid the installation and monthly charge, received a final notice of zero dollars, then received a collection notice for another $790. I cancelled all my cell phones and home phone which costs them over $3000 a year in lost income, but they do not care. Customer service is on the back burner at AT&T
